- What support is available during onboarding and day-to-day operations?: OmuSync includes support for onboarding and ongoing operations as merchants connect Shopify and TikTok Shop. Support can help with setup, feature usage, and day to day sync questions so teams can launch and scale with less friction.
- How are orders and returns synced?: Orders from TikTok Shop are synced to Shopify, so you can manage them from Shopify without re& 8209;entering order data manually. Based on those orders, OmuSync also updates inventory on both Shopify and TikTok Shop to help keep stock levels aligned. We can also handle TikTok Shop returns and sync the related inventory updates when returned items are processed.
- I already have many existing products on TikTok Shop, can I link them with Shopify products?: The answer is YES ! OmuSync's Smart Link feature helps match them with the corresponding products in Shopify. If the product SKU is the same, they can be linked automatically. This makes bulk linking much easier, so you can connect existing catalogs quickly instead of handling products one by one.
- What product fields can be synced?: OmuSync can sync product information including inventory, descrption, varients, price, and whole product catalogs from Shopify to TikTok Shop. When auto sync is turned on, any product updates you make in Shopify can be sent to TikTok Shop automatically as well, so you do not need to update both platforms manually.
- What does the live dashboard show?: The live dashboard shows real time sync status and alerts so merchants can quickly see whether products, inventory, and orders are flowing as expected. It is designed to help operators spot issues early instead of manually checking multiple systems.

- Can I use the TikTok Shop order ID as the Shopify order ID?: No, order IDs cannot be unified. TikTok Shop and Shopify each generate order IDs using their own systems, so a shared/common order ID cannot be used.
- What is the difference between the Free, Basic, Pro, and Enterprise plans?: The Free plan is designed for merchants who want to try OmuSync with manual product sync and up to 100 products . The Basic plan adds automatic product sync, bulk product sync, inventory sync, and order, refund, and cancellation sync. It includes up to 1,500 products per month and 300 orders per month , plus a 14 day free trial . The Pro plan includes the same sync automation as Basic, adds support for up to 2 TikTok Shops , and raises the limits to 5,000 products per month and 750 orders per month . The Enterprise plan supports up to 3 TikTok Shops , up to 15,000 products per month , and 2,000 orders per month , with $0.15 per additional order beyond that included volume.
- Can I bulk list products from Shopify to TikTok Shop?: Yes. OmuSync supports bulk product listings , so you can publish large parts of your Shopify catalogue to TikTok Shop without creating listings one by one. This is useful for new launches, campaign drops, and catalogue refreshes when you need to push many products live quickly from Shopify.
- Why did product sync fail?: If you see an error during product sync, first check the error message shown on screen. Because Shopify and TikTok Shop have different specifications, a setting that is valid in Shopify may not be supported in TikTok Shop. For example, product sync errors can occur when a product price is set to 0 or when product details include special fonts or symbols.
- Does OmuSync support multi-warehouse inventory sync?: Yes. OmuSync is designed to sync inventory across warehouses so stock levels stay aligned between Shopify and TikTok Shop. This is especially helpful for merchants managing multiple fulfilment locations and trying to prevent overselling while keeping Shopify as the operational source of truth.
- What conditions are required for tracking numbers to sync correctly?: Tracking number sync requires both of the following conditions: 1. The order status must be Connected 2. In shipping mapping settings, the Shopify carrier and TikTok side carrier must be mapped correctly
